Architectural Designer - Retail

To support the Retail studio, the remote Architectural Designer - Retail will provide design support in project administration, design development, and contract documents, specifically focusing on Grocery and Food & Beverage sectors. Key responsibilities Create and review contract documents (CDs) for compliance with standards and codes Manage projects through the contract administration phase, including invoicing and budget adherence Coordinate with engineering consultants and mentor junior designers on project tasks Required qualifications Graduate of architecture or design school, with equivalent experience considered Minimum of 5 years' experience in Retail design projects Extensive knowledge of design principles, building systems, codes, and ADA requirements Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite and documentation procedures
