You will be the draftsperson for your projects and responsible for quality, coordination (in-house and externally), and schedule.What You'll DoUphold SV Design's standards of professionalism, creativity, and design excellence across all project workDevelop design layouts and features through research, documentation, and coordination with project teamsConduct field measurements and documentation to draft and review existing building conditionsContribute to schematic design through both hand drafting and computer-generated renderingsCreate detailed CAD drawings or Revit models based on existing building dimensions and design sketchesIncorporate redline revisions accurately across all project phasesAssist project managers with material sourcing, scheduling, errands, and preparation of presentation boardsProduce design development drawings in coordination with architects to ensure alignment with design intentSupport the progression of projects through design development and construction documentation phasesReview construction drawings and shop drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standardsWhat You'll HaveThis is an in-office position based in our Chatham, MA location; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distanceProfessional degree in Architecture from a U.S. -accredited program (or equivalent)0-6 years of professional architectural experience, ideally with a focus on residential projectsStrong ability to communicate design ideas through sketches and visual conceptsProficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office requiredCollaborative team player who values open communication and diverse perspectivesAbility to take direction from senior staff and contribute to a supportive team environmentHighly detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasksMotivated, professional, and committed to producing high-quality workMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship#J-18808-Ljbffr
