About The Position
We're seeking an experienced, Revit-proficient Architectural Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week non-exempt position. You'll be working across multiple active water feature design projects, collaborating closely with our design and engineering teams, delivering high-quality Revit drawings on tight timelines.
Responsibilities
Develop and produce architectural drawings and models using Revit, specific to water feature design (fountains, immersive play features, water walls, and related site features)Support multiple concurrent water feature projects across various design phasesCollaborate with project architects and engineers in a BIM environmentMaintain model accuracy, coordination, and documentation standardsEnsure timely, accurate delivery of drawings and models to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural and/or landscape designStrong proficiency in Autodesk RevitExperience with BIM collaboration workflows (BIM 360/ACC, model coordination, etc.)Experience with or strong interest in water feature, landscape, or site-specific design a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistentlyStrong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation
$38–$43/hour, DOE
