Architectural Designer, Sustainable Buildings

You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from conceptualization and schematic design through to construction documentation. Key responsibilities include producing detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard software. Experience with LEED certification processes and other green building rating systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts and designs for sustainable buildings. Produce detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams on design development. Research and integrate sustainable building materials and technologies. Ensure designs comply with building codes and zoning regulations. Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications. Contribute to LEED certification documentation and processes. Participate in design reviews and client presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and green building practices. Experience with LEED or other sustainable building rating systems. Excellent design sensibility and visualization skills. Strong communication and collaborative abilities. NCARB certification track or a desire to pursue it.
