Bachelors or Master in Architecture 2–5 years of experience within an architectural environment Experience with commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) projects preferred New construction experience is a plus Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing CAD expertise required Familiarity with additional design and office software preferred, including: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Rendering and modeling software Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Positive, energetic, “can-do” attitude Team-oriented while also able to work independently Customer-focused mindset Ability to meet or exceed expectations consistently Experience in additional commercial sectors is also welcomed and encouraged.
