We're growing and are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architectural Designer or Licensed Architect to join our collaborative team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about residential architecture who enjoys creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful homes and turning prospects into closed clients. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Licensed Architect preferred, but experienced Architectural Designers are encouraged to apply 3+ years of residential design experience (custom homes or luxury remodeling preferred) Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect, or similar design software Experience creating permit-ready construction documents Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
