Position: Architectural Designer / Architect Zone Architecture Studio is seeking an experienced draftsperson to mid-experience draftsperson/architect. Commercial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train if we feel the applicant is a great fit for our company.ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of design from initial concept through constructionPreliminary office space plansDrafting of construction documentsProject scope definitionInterior and exterior finish material selectionWorking with clients to meet or exceed their project needs and goalsCoordinating architectural design with engineersCoordinating with contractors during constructionPossible attendance at marketing eventsAssistance in developing and maintenance of project standardsQualificationsModeling in Revit (experience required)Coordinating as needed in AutoCADCollaboration in BluebeamGood communication and confidence a mustOptional experience with Sketch Up, Rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, Photography#J-18808-Ljbffr
