CitiBuild Corp. along with Doru Vasile Architects are growing design and construction companies seeking a talented Part-Time Contract Architectural Designer/Drafter. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, hands-on experience producing construction document sets, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract engagement with potential to expand based on project volume. Key Responsibilities Produce complete construction drawing sets including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsDraft and coordinate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit to project standardsDevelop construction details, wall sections, and material/finish schedulesPrepare permit-ready drawing packages in compliance with applicable building codesCoordinate drawings with consultants as neededUpdate and revise drawings based on project team redlines and client feedbackQualifications
