Rodwin Architecture is a 20-person, award-winning, green design/build firm in Boulder. We’re looking for an Architectural Designer / Job Captain / Senior Draftsman to join our team and support high-end residential work from design through documentation.

What you’ll do

Produce detailed construction documents in Revit (required)Support design development, detailing, and coordinationPrepare drawings, graphics, and presentation materialsCoordinate with internal team members and consultantsContribute to clear written and verbal communication with the team and project partners

Required

M.Arch3–7 years professional office experienceStrong Revit proficiency (required)Strong drafting, design, and detailing skillsStrong written/verbal communication + organized admin habitsSingle-family residential experience (required)Positive, helpful, “can do” attitude

Preferred

Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, BluebeamSustainable design experienceAI tools, code knowledge, and construction knowledgeSome commercial experience

Compensation & benefits

$55,000–$80,000/year (commensurate with experience)1.5x overtime + extensive benefits
