We're looking for an experienced Architectural Documentation Lead (Job Captain) to lead the technical delivery of projects from early design through construction administration. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Project Architect to establish project strategy, then be empowered to independently lead the day-to-day documentation and technical coordination of your assigned projects. Lead the technical delivery of commercial, industrial, and other architectural projects from early design through construction administration. 5+ years of architectural experience preferred, including experience leading commercial projects through construction documents and construction administration. As a growing firm, you'll have the opportunity to work with teammates across our Boise, Minneapolis, and Austin offices while building relationships throughout the company.
