This role requires someone who can translate design concepts into clear and precise technical documentation, while understanding construction methods and maintaining strong communication with the design team. Prepare shop drawings and detailed construction drawings Develop technical documentation required for permits and on-site construction Produce floor plans, layouts, and furniture plans Prepare schedules and finish documentation Assist in the development of construction details and design documentation Coordinate drawings with the design team to ensure accuracy and constructability Support the team with technical drawing packages for projects Required Skills & Qualifications
