Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & DocumentationDevelop and refine architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documentationProduce coordinated Revit models and drawing sets in alignment with firm standardsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and constructability of construction documentsDigital CoordinationSupport consistent and effective use of BIM and CAD tools across assigned projectsAssist in maintaining documentation standards, model organization, and digital workflowsCollaborate with consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and civil information into coordinated modelsQuality & ComplianceReview drawings for quality control and adherence to internal standardsConduct research on applicable building codes and zoning regulationsSupport compliance with regulatory requirements and project specificationsProject SupportAssist Project Managers with documentation schedules and production milestonesParticipate in coordination meetings and track technical action itemsPerform Job Captain duties when assignedTechnology & InnovationDemonstrate interest in developing skills in rendering, 3D modeling, building scanning, BIM coordination, and emerging AI applicationsContribute ideas to improve production efficiency and digital collaborationQualificationsExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural production or construction documentationArchitectural licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensureEducationBachelor’s degree in Architecture requiredAdvanced degree preferredTechnical SkillsProficiency in Revit requiredWorking knowledge of AutoCADExperience with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360) preferredFamiliarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite a plusCore CompetenciesStrong technical detailing and documentation skillsHigh level of organization and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environmentPositive, proactive, and quality‑driven mindsetKey SkillsArchitectural DesignRevitAutoCADDrafting & DocumentationBIM CoordinationConstruction DocumentationJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI. • Transportation benefits Hiring diverse talent Maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self-reflection Building a culture of care, engagement, and recognition with clear outcomes Ensuring growth opportunities for our people Actalent is an equal opportunity employer.
