We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to become part of our team as we experience consistent growth throughout Northeast Florida. General Overview and Tasks: Lead and contribute to the design and planning phases of residential and commercial projects.Develop creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.Proficiently use AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software to produce accurate and detailed drawings.Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications.Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.Maintain a thorough understanding of Florida building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and regulations.Leadership Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing among team members.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, nurturing their professional development and helping them reach their full potential.Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.Uphold a commitment to excellence by ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and adherence to design principles.Identify training and development opportunities for team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall skill set within the firm.Role Requirements:
