Required: 5–8 years of architectural drafting experience in an architectural firm, with a strong background in residential construction. Extensive experience preparing and editing Construction Documents in a production-home or similar environment. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Construction, or a related field (preferred, not required). Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document revisions and respond to internal and client emails clearly and professionally. Prepare, update, and maintain permit-ready plan sets and respond to Building Department comments with clear, coordinated revisions.
