Description

Create and revise architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.Assist project teams in producing floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation drawings.Support the development of design and construction document packages for a variety of architectural projects.Coordinate drawing updates and revisions based on feedback from project architects and project managers.Maintain drawing standards and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across project documents.Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to incorporate project requirements into drafting deliverables.Participate in project coordination meetings and support documentation efforts throughout the project lifecycle.Perform field verifications and incorporate site-related information into project drawings as needed.Skills

1-3 years of professional architectural drafting experience (internship experience may be considered).Proficiency in Revit with the ability to independently produce and modify architectural drawings.Understanding of architectural design and construction documentation processes.Working knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry drafting standards.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Experience Level

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
