RHC Design is a small, family run architectural firm looking to expand its team. We're seeking an architectural drafter who can take finalized proposed designs and develop them into complete working drawing sets with minimal supervision.
Main responsibilities include preparing and revising plans, elevations, building and wall sections as well as details.
Incorporating red lines and mark-ups accurately and efficiently.
Applying a basic understanding of residential construction drawings.
Being able to navigate local zoning codes and online resources to prepare site plans and calculate applicable zoning requirements.
We primarily use DataCAD and will provide software and training as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
