Position Summary
As an Architectural Drafter, you will work on residential architectural projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality on all assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Documentation:
Draft architectural designs and prepare construction documents (elevations, foundations, floor plans, electrical plans, roof plans, and sections).Prepare architectural details and specifications.Review drawings for accuracy and code compliance.Project Management:
Manage multiple concurrent projects.Maintain schedules and meet production deadlines.Maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables.Client & Team Coordination:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Architectural Drafting Manager as needed on shared client/project work and to ensure drafting requirements and standards are met for each client.Maintain timely and professional communication throughout all project phases.Job Type: Full-time
