Description
Establish custom home design & construction company has an opening for an Architectural Drafter / Designer with strong Revit experience.
Duties
Using Revit, develop accurate drawings from conceptual design through construction documentsCreate 3D renderings for customer presentationsCollect project data (includes measurements, photos, etc.)Meet with clients and staff to develop designs from conceptBalance multiple projects at a time
Requirements
AAS degree in Architectural Drafting or similar3+ years of residential design / drafting experienceStrong Revit experienceUnderstanding of residential building materials and construction standardsEnscape experience a plusAbility to work onsite fulltimeAbility to pass a background check
