Architectural Drafter - Residential

We’re looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our in-house design team and help bring Avimor’s homes to life from concept through construction. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an architectural drafter specifically in residential homebuilding Hands-on experience with both mid-size production homes and custom home projects Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and permit documentation Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawings simultaneously Ability to take direction from markups and sketches and turn them into clean, buildable sets AutoCAD: 3 years (Required) Revit: 3 years (Required) Boise, ID 83714 (Required)
