Architectural Drafter - Residential Construction (Higharc)

United Built Homes is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our team, focused on developing construction documents for homes we build across Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. If you have residential drafting experience and are interested in working with a more advanced, system-driven approach to home design, this role will be a good fit. You will be working in Higharc, where plans are: We are building a scalable, semi-custom home platform, and drafting is a critical part of making that work. Experience with residential construction drawings (required) Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software Strong attention to detail and understanding of how homes are actually built Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines Willingness to learn and work within a structured, system-driven design environment
