NOW HIRING - BEECHWOOD DESIGN SOLUTIONS:
Drafter/Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Revit, residential & Commercial design abilities.
Outgoing, independent worker.
Prepare architectural drawings using Revit.
Take a project from start to finish.
Have creative design abilities.
Detail oriented.
Create a complete set of floor plans per customer specification in accordance with internal drafting standards.
Produce detailed working drawings, designs, and plans in Revit and other 3D design programs.
Revise architectural plans as marked and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes.
Organize all engineering requirements for permitting process.
Must have good communication skills and be able to work with clients, engineers, supervisors and other staff to ensure a competed project in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Strong Revit skills
Ability to work effectively to complete a project in a timely manner
Experience in producing detailed construction document sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
