We work primarily on Single-Family Homes and Multi-Family so the candidate must have 5 years’ experience minimum working directly on construction documents in the market. The candidate also needs at least 5 years working knowledge of the Florida Building Code. The positions duties are as follows-Working on construction drawings-all phases, plan maintenance, permit packages, construction details, cross section, and general builder updates. 5 years minimum experience in Single Family-Homes Construction Documents; Floor Plans, Foundation, Elevations, Truss Plan, and Electrical Plan 5 years of working knowledge with the Florida Code Book
