Architectural Draftsperson (AutoCAD / Revit)
Full-Time | In-Office | Luxury Residential
Urban Design Associates is an award-winning residential architecture firm specializing in high-end, custom homes and estates. We’re looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience who’s excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves technical precision, enjoys collaboration, and wants to be part of a design-driven team creating exceptional homes.

What You’ll Do
Produce architectural drawings in Revit and AutoCADImplement redlines and revisions from project architectsAssist with construction document sets for custom homesSupport design development and presentation graphicsCreate or assist with preliminary renderings using Photoshop and/or LumionHelp maintain drawing quality, consistency, and accuracyCollaborate closely with designers, project managers, and principals
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural officeTechnical education required; Associate degree preferredStrong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative SuiteSketchUp and Lumion experience is a plusBasic understanding of residential construction methodsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasksReliable, self-motivated, and eager to learnPositive, professional attitude with strong team-player energyAbility to take feedback well and grow within established design standards

Compensation & Benefits
