Architectural Executive Assistant/Office Manager

BISBANO is hiring!

We're looking for full-time associates to join our team and are seeking qualified individuals for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager role.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architectural field with a thorough understanding of the administrative construction process. Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

As part of this position you will be acting as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Your tasks will cover a wide range of items around the Office and will include items such as:

Completion of written project proposals
Management of project timelines using Monograph Software
General Office Management in regards to scheduling
Event planning & coordination
Assist closely with scheduling items and timing for our Principal Architect

This position for an in-person office position in our Providence, RI location. We are seeking local candidates only that can commute daily to the office. Salary for this position ranges from 65K - 75K per year based on experience.
