Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architectural Intern/ Architect I, Architect II and Architect III to join our innovative design team. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all facets of architectural practice, from conceptual design to construction documentation. As an Architectural Intern, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals on diverse projects, contributing to sustainable and accessible design solutions while developing your technical skills and industry knowledge. This role is ideal for passionate recent graduates with 3-7 years experience, eager to immerse themselves in real-world architectural environments and advance their careers.
Duties
Assist in creating detailed construction drawings, construction detail documentation, and building information modeling (BIM) using Revit.
Develop 3D models and renderings for architectural presentations utilizing tools like Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct building code analysis and ensure compliance with construction accessibility regulations and other regulatory standards
Contribute to Architecture and interior design concepts and detailing.
Assist in construction document preparation, construction management, and coordination with contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural design skills
Proficiency in Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with 3D modeling for architectural design and renderings; familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools is highly desirable
Knowledge of construction details documentation, construction drawings, and construction regulatory compliance processes
Understanding of building code analysis, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
