Architectural Interior Design Firm- Director of Operations

This is a hands-on leadership role in a boutique studio environment, not a corporate management position. The right person understands how design and construction projects actually run, can build and maintain practical systems without burdening creative work, and is equally comfortable in a client meeting, a project debrief, and a spreadsheet. Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in supervising teams and leading large-scale projects. Must have experience prior in architecture/construction or interior design. Excellent management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
