How We Work
We believe that creating a positive experience for everyone involved—clients, vendors, trades, and team members alike—is as important as creating beautiful spaces.
Trust, communication, preparation, and organization are at the foundation of how we work. We value accountability, integrity, mutual respect, and thoughtful collaboration. We believe in anticipating needs rather than reacting to emergencies, learning from mistakes, celebrating successes, and maintaining a healthy balance between work and life.
Position Details
This is a part-time, hourly position with work assigned on a project-by-project basis. Hours will vary depending on the studio's needs. We are looking for an individual who can become an ongoing, collaborative part of our team, rather than an outside drafting service. Remote or hybrid arrangements are welcome.
