SUZANA RUTAR Architect, Ltd, A Professional Corporation (“SRA”)( ) is a small, successful woman owned architectural firm established in 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The firm is well known in the Las Vegas building community (public and private) for its extensive experience with design-build construction, streamline design, production and facility assessment for determining project needs and goals, all of which make the SRA team more efficient in responding to the Client’s and Contractor’s concerns. We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our experienced design and production team and expand their love of architecture within our firm. *Responsibilities:Full or Part Architectural Intern positionDesign and draft small commercial, industrial, and single & multi-family residential projects from programming through construction phase under project architect's supervision.Provide drafting support on large projects from programming through construction phase services.Participate in client, public and consultant meetings.Participation in coordination of engineering consultant drawings under project architect's supervision.Preparation and drafting of construction and administration documents, meeting minutes and field reports.Assisting in Permit submittal and response to plan check comments.
