Architectural Job Captain / Project Manager

Studio Latofiume (https://slfiu.me) is an innovative and growing studio in New Orleans, focused on commercial and residential projects in multiple states. We are seeking a talented Architectural Job Captain with solid experience, design confidence, and the technical skills to help support across our growing pipeline of new work. • -Currently lives in or willing to quickly relocate to New Orleans • -Is comfortable traveling ~30% of the time, as needed for projects • -Is looking to have fun and get their hands dirty – we are at a dynamic moment of growth in the studio, so ambition and a willingness to help build for the future are huge pluses. Our small yet mighty team engages with a diverse set of clients across a range of project types – the immediate emphasis for this position will be focused on national branded restaurant projects with opportunities to also support on active residential and hospitality projects as well. We work on a full-time hybrid model (2 days in person/3 remote) out of a coworking space in New Orleans, so preference will be given to candidates within commuting distance and who are able to work in-person a few days a week.
