What You Will Do

Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across multiple projectsPartner closely with project architects and project managers to bring design concepts into technical executionManage project documentation from early design through permitting and construction phasesCoordinate with external consultants including civil, structural, MEP, and other disciplinesEnsure alignment with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standardsSupport entitlement and permitting processes, including agency submittals and responsesCommunicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentumContribute to BIM modeling efforts and maintain accuracy across design documentationBalance multiple project timelines and priorities in a dynamic, multi-project environment

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field preferredApproximately 5 or more years of experience in architectural project deliveryBackground in commercial, retail, or multi-site project environments is highly valuedStrong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systemsProficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM coordination workflowsWorking knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction administrationAbility to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage consultant coordinationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
