Lead architectural projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, entitlements, and construction administration. Prepare, review, and coordinate high‑quality construction document sets, ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with design standards. 5+ years of professional architectural experience, including experience in an architectural firm environment. Experience working with local agencies (AHJs) and navigating the permitting process. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
