KSP Studio is looking for a Senior Job Captain who takes pride in getting the details right. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll drive projects from design through construction, keep consultants and teams aligned, and make sure every set of drawings reflects the design intent with precision.

What You'll Own

Lead the preparation, coordination, and production of construction documentsPartner with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project goalsReview and coordinate consultant drawings — structural, MEP, civil, and more — for consistencyProvide technical guidance and quality control across project teamsConduct building code research under PM/PA direction and ensure adherence to all applicable codes and regulationsLead the permitting process across multiple city jurisdictionsWhat You Bring

5+ years of architectural experience, including 3+ years as a Job Captain or Senior Job CaptainRequired proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with other design tools is a plusStrong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methodsSharp organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines with limited supervisionBachelor's degree in architecture or related fieldExperience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects preferred; architectural licensure (or progress toward it) is a plus
