Job Summary
We are seeking an Architecture Job Captain to support architectural design, documentation, and project coordination for multifamily, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities
Develop design and construction documents using Revit
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
Support design development and construction administration
Review drawings for code compliance, detailing, and constructability
Assist with project coordination, specifications, and site/construction activities
Requirements
5+ years of architectural office experience
Degree from an accredited architecture program
Strong Revit proficiency
Knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction methods
Experience with construction documentation and design development
Consultant coordination and construction administration experience
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
