Architectural Job Captain

We're looking for a motivated Architectural Job Captain with approximately 3-5 years of experience, strong Revit skills, and a passion for turning thoughtful design into well-coordinated, buildable projects.

What you will do

Develop and coordinate architectural drawings and construction document sets using Revit.

Collaborate with project architects and principals from programming through construction administration.

Coordinate architectural work with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other design consultants.

Support design, production of construction documents, bidding, and construction administration activities.

Coordinate documents for accuracy, code compliance, detailing, and constructability.

Help maintain project schedules, documentation quality, and clear communication.

What you bring

3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.

Proficiency in Revit is required.

Experience preparing detailed architectural construction documents.

Working knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset, accountability, and an interest in continued growth.

Especially valuable: experience with public works, municipal, educational, or other public-sector projects; consultant coordination; accessibility and building codes. Relevant architectural education is a plus.
