Advanced knowledge of architectural design, production techniques, building specifications, construction documents, and project delivery methods Knowledge of building codes, current industry and regulatory standards and criteria pertinent to architectural workExperience in value engineering and proposing alternate technical conceptsExperience in coordination of architectural design with other engineering disciplines and functions which will include construction, estimating, project controls, procurement, and contracts managementExperience in monitoring and ensuring compliance with project budgets, schedules, quantities, and quality requirementsKnowledge and experience using BIM, Autodesk Design suite (e.g., Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)Proven ability to lead and work within a diverse multicultural environment.
