This role is ideal for a licensed architect who is passionate about mentoring others, advancing technical excellence, and helping shape the future of our discipline. Oversee technical activities and production of deliverables for all projects from design through construction, with a focus on construction documents. Provide technical review of the work completed by the architectural staff to ensure the work meets contractual requirements, the professional standard of care, the quality standards of the firm and is biddable and buildable. Ability to plan and execute the work through all phases of a project. Ability to lead, direct, and train the architectural staff to complete the work.
