Architectural Millwork Fabricator

This role requires the ability to accurately interpret shop drawings, fabricate components to specification, assemble products with precision, and work with a variety of finish materials including High Pressure Laminate (HPL), veneers, and related substrates. This position works closely with shop leadership, CNC operators, finishing department, and installers to ensure products are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, laminate, or veneer work.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements.Experience working with HPL laminates, veneers, and contact adhesives.Knowledge of woodworking tools, equipment, and fabrication processes.Ability to accurately measure and maintain tight tolerances.Ability to lift materials and work in a physically active shop environment.Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.Preferred Qualifications This position works primarily in a woodworking and manufacturing shop environment involving machinery, wood products, veneers, laminates, adhesives, and production equipment. While our work is generally local to the state of Florida, we work with some of the most reputable builders in the country.
