Architectural Planner

BCT Design Group is seeking a Planner who is a registered architect, with 10+ years of experience, Specializing in district planning, master planning, and transit-oriented development. Our projects include sensitivity to streetscapes and public space design. Candidates should display strong graphics skills and demonstrate excellent planning design principles; an academic degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture; a minimum of 10 years of experience in this area of design; and a strong portfolio of similar work showing scale and complexity. Represent the firm at client meetings and oversee the work of other designers in the project. • Create working sketches and diagrams to communicate questions and ideas within the project team, and to consultants and clients.
