Architectural Product Manager

**Precision Walls, Inc.**, one of the nation’s leading specialty contractors, is seeking a driven and experienced **Architectural Product Manager** to join our team. This role will be based in **Cary, NC**, with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across **North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia**.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals.
* Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community.
* Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors.
* Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients.
* Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community.
* Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs.
* Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory.

**Requirements / Qualifications:**

* Minimum **2 years of successful architectural sales experience.**
* Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market.
* Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
