The Architectural Program Manager supports Mister Car Wash’s national development program and cross-functional stakeholders by overseeing the coordination and execution of complex architectural initiatives, prototype updates, and maintaining internal technical drawings. This role works closely with external design consultants, contractors, and internal operations and development partners to maintain the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of architectural and building systems design. Assess proposed design changes for cost feasibility, constructability, value engineering opportunities, and alignment with the Mister Car Wash brand and technical standards. Maintain and update all internal architectural and technical drawings for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with prototype standards. Provide architectural and technical support as needed to facilitate smooth project execution.
