Architectural Project Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Architectural Project Coordinator provides technical and administrative support to the architectural and interior design teams throughout all phases of a project.

Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Core Responsibilities:

Perform field measurements and verification of existing conditions.Utilize 3D scanning technology, including Matterport to develop and modify drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.Assist project managers with construction administration activities, including reviewing and processing shop drawings and submittals.Incorporate consultant information into project documentation under the direction of project leadership.Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural and interior design construction documents.Additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly develop proficiency in: Revit 2025, AutoCAD 2025, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field, or equal professional work experience.A minimum of 1+ years of working experience in Architectural and/or Interior Design.Experience in document production, project coordination, consultant coordination and construction administration.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.Ability to lift and carry equipment, drawings, and other materials.Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.Occasional travel may be required (approximately 5 to 10%)
