Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000

NOTE: This is NOT a PMP position. If you are not an Architect/Architectural Staff and cannot do production-level commercial architectural design work, please do not proceed.

Current team members who have worked as Project Coordinators or in similar roles have excelled on this track.

The Role

As an Assistant Project Manager/Project Coordinator, you will:

Support projects through the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction administrationHelp manage project schedules, budgets, and hoursLead aspects of projects/small projectsParticipate in design discussions and technical developmentCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultantsHave mentorship from senior staff and leadership, with the opportunity and intention to grow into a Project Manager role

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates who understand that great architecture requires both design thinking and execution discipline.

You should have:

4+ years of professional experience in architecture, ideally with a focus on commercial and/or hospitality projects.Experience with most, if not all, phases of the full project lifecycleUnderstanding of how budgets, schedules, and coordination impact outcomesAbility to balance design excellence with business realitiesFamiliarity with architectural documentation and coordination tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam)

REQUIREMENT: Candidates must have a completed professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). We are not considering students, interns, or candidates currently enrolled in architecture programs. Production-level work is required.

Licensure, on the path to licensure, or a desire to pursue licensure, is a plus and we support itA collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute where and when neededInterest in building real, constructed workDesire to grow into a Project Manager

Location & Work Environment

Office located in Glen Mills, PAPrimarily in-office, with flexibility as needed, coordinated, and approvedWe work a consistent 9:00–5:00 schedule, Monday–Friday.
