MCG Architecture is seeking a licensed and experienced Project Director to help lead the continued growth and long-term development of its Maitland office. The office includes a talented group of emerging architects and design professionals who are ready for strong technical leadership, mentorship and a clearer path toward professional registration. The selected individual will help shape the future of the office, strengthen its technical capabilities, develop emerging leaders and provide additional registered architectural leadership as the team expands. The ideal candidate will bring approximately 10–20 years of architectural experience, active professional registration and a combination of project delivery, technical leadership, financial management, client development and team-building abilities.
