Architectural Project Lead

At FINFROCK, you will experience the true essence of the "Master Builder", as our Architects get the opportunity to see their conceptual designs develop in the office, then see the actual construction of their designs out in the field with our own crews. For FINFROCK architects, there is no greater sense of accomplishment than to see the projects we design rise out of the ground, with a full understanding of the challenges of their constructability. Be responsible for modeling / drafting of a project Coordinate with the Project Architect at the onset of Design Development regarding design concept and scope Review schedule with Project Architect to confirm schedule and commitment of content Assist in managing and coordinating with the Production Team Assist in code and product research Coordinate with Structural, BIM and Precast teams Participate in all project meetings as requested Coordinate with the Project Architect regarding any correspondence with the Building Departments. You are proficient in Revit You have the ability to manage design staff You have experience in integration of structural & MEPFP systems You possess a minimum of three years of experience leading teams on either commercial or residential projects You must be able to communicate in both written and verbal formats of English at a professional business level.
