Architectural Project Lead

Job Overview:

As an Architectural Project Lead, you will guide both residential and commercial projects from their initial ideas to their final execution. You will utilize AutoCAD and various design tools to translate concepts into precise drawings and specifications. Highlights of Your Role:

Oversee residential and commercial projects through all phases, from initiation to closeout.Effectively communicate project status and deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.Apply in-depth Marvin product knowledge to evaluate construction documents and ensure alignment with design objectives.Create accurate documents using drafting tools for specification approvals and production readiness.You're a Good Fit If You Have:

2-4 years of relevant experience or a degree in architecture, drafting, or construction.Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.A solid comprehension of drafting principles and construction industry standards.The ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines confidently.Also Ideal if You Possess:

Compensation: $50,000 - $62,000, based on experience.
