For FINFROCK architects, there is no greater sense of accomplishment than to see the projects we design rise out of the ground, with a full understanding of the challenges of their constructability.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Architectural Project Lead is responsible for the technical content of a project's documents in the Architectural department.Be responsible for modeling / drafting of a projectCoordinate with the Project Architect at the onset of Design Development regarding design concept and scopeReview schedule with Project Architect to confirm schedule and commitment of contentAssist in managing and coordinating with the Production TeamAssist in code and product research Coordinate with Structural, BIM and Precast teamsParticipate in all project meetings as requestedCoordinate with the Project Architect regarding any correspondence with the Building Departments.Engage in construction site visitsCoordinate with Construction PM and Superintendents when on siteCoordination with Construction Administration staff regarding RFI and shop drawing distribution, review and trackingQualificationsYou have earned a Five-year Bachelors of Architecture – Masters of Architecture preferred but not necessary.You are proficient in RevitYou have the ability to manage design staffYou have experience in integration of structural & MEPFP systemsYou possess a minimum of three years of experience leading teams on either commercial or residential projectsYou must be able to communicate in both written and verbal formats of English at a professional business level.You are residing in Central Florida or are willing to relocate if not here already.Benefits401K Plan – Typically we match 100% of Employee contributions up to 15% of your base salary so you can relax and retire one day.100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and contribution toward “family” coverageLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off program#J-18808-Ljbffr
