As a proactive Architectural Project Leader, you will collaborate with fellow design professionals on exciting projects including ground-up buildings, remodels, and specialized initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Document Production: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to create comprehensive construction documents that accurately reflect design intentions and adhere to the project scope.Program Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and SGA team members to enhance service quality and foster a solid program.Project Management & Scheduling: Take the lead in managing client projects and coordinating team schedules effectively.Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents through thorough review processes.Candidate Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a formal CAD/Revit training program. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in high-volume building projects. Previous experience in a collaborative team setting is valued.
Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for creating and managing construction documents.
