Architectural Project Leader

Job Overview:

As an Architectural Project Leader, you will manage both residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion. Utilize AutoCAD and other design tools to bring architectural plans to fruition, transforming ideas into precise drawings and specifications. Highlights of Your Role:

Lead residential and commercial projects through all phases—from initiation to closeout.Clearly communicate project status and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.Apply your knowledge of Marvin products to review construction documents and ensure they align with design intent.Utilize drafting tools to create accurate documents for specification approval and production readiness.You're a Good Fit If You Have (or Can):

2-4 years of industry experience or a relevant degree in architecture, drafting, or construction.Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.A solid understanding of drafting principles and construction industry standards.The ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines confidently.We Also Value Experience In:

Compensation: $50,000 - $62,000, pay based on experience.
