FORGE is seeking a Project Lead to help guide exceptional workplace and commercial architecture projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, delivery, and leadership—managing teams, schedules, and stakeholder relationships from concept through construction.

Responsibilites

Lead projects from design through construction administrationManage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and work plansAct as the central point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsReview documentation for accuracy, quality, and coordinationMentor team members, delegate work, and ensure deliverables are metSupport fee proposals, invoicing, and project reportingCollaborate on design development and construction drawings as neededEnsure the team delivers solutions aligned with client goals and FORGE’s design standards

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in architecture, interiors, or related fieldsStrong technical knowledge of codes, building systems, and constructionProven experience leading projects, teams, and client relationshipsExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skillsProficiency in Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Microsoft Office, and related toolsStrong organizational, delegation, and QA/QC capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple timelines while mentoring team members effectively
