Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.4+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.Architectural license preferred (or in the process of obtaining).Essential Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.Experience with Commercial, Educational, or Multi-Family projects is desirable.Strong technical knowledge, code, and detailing skills for producing quality documentation.Enthusiastic commitment to a multidisciplinary design approach and collaborative environment.Proactive communication skills, both written and verbal.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee start-to-finish project management.Engage with clients to understand and present interior design concepts.Define project requirements and develop design criteria to meet client needs.Manage scheduling, estimates, budgets, and planning for project deliverables including drawings and models.Utilize software to design, sketch, and create project documentation.Develop professional relationships with clients and contribute to client development.Exhibit leadership skills and build relationships at all organizational levels.What the Firm Offers:
